Job Opening: .NET OR Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET OR Java technologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
* Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to improve existing systems and create new applications.

Required Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a .NET OR Java developer.
* Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and related .NET technologies.
* Solid understanding of Java, including experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
* Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
* Familiarity with database design and development, including SQL Server or other relational databases.
* Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
