While in ES&I we also collaborate with utilities and energy companies, large corporations, product manufacturers, and investors to help them thrive in a rapidly changing energy environment, our PS team focuses on governments like the European Commission and the German government, where we run many high-level and truly impactful projects in parallel, that provide the backbone for making our society climate neutral as soon as possible. Working for a broad range of clients enables us to leverage our impact on policymaking.

We base our analyses on and derive our recommendations from science-based reports, technological competences, and an appreciation for practical and innovative approaches. Therefore, Guidehouse’s ES&I segment always strives to be at the cutting edge of climate and energy market developments. Our strength is the development of tailor-made solutions.

Under guidance and support of our team, you will contribute to successful project implementation by supporting structured policy analysis, supporting project management and contributing to stakeholder and partner management. You will work on projects for public institutions (and to a lesser degree for industry clients) on national, EU, and international level.

Build good relationships with the wider Guidehouse team and establish client and industry networks and uphold Guidehouse’s values of respect, integrity, innovation, stewardship and excellence and support our culture of inclusion & diversity.
