Pay Rate: $46 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire a Consultant - Enterprise Data & Records for their team with an initial 12-month contract which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid for their Toronto office.
This role is responsible for delivering business services and consultative support in the identification, retention, and disposal of records and data. As a member of the Enterprise Data and Records Management Office (EDRMO), the successful candidate will proactively analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to the EDRMO's governance framework and processes. They will clearly communicate the rationale behind these recommendations, negotiate solutions to enhance operational effectiveness, and support enterprise-wide data and records management initiatives. Projects assigned are expected to be executed effectively through collaboration with a diverse team to develop and implement flexible, innovative solutions that provide business value.
o Implement record strategies
o Create training, policies, procedures, understand requirements for the record management
o Working on the privacy legislation and understand the privacy strategies
Must have:
o 3 years of working experience within records management
o Ability to convey message to the stakeholders, governance partners etc.
o Ability to create documentation
