The key responsibilities of the role include:

The FA new business team is responsible for all aspects relating to client onboarding and fund events with a Fund Accounting lens.

Fund launches for new and existing clients.Fund transitions from other administrators including parallel valuation.Re-domicile events resulting in new fund launches.Restructures, mergers and schemes of amalgamation resulting in new funds.Fund share class launches.Subscription and redemptions in kind and additional fund events  Actively manages the Fund Accounting new business FTE calculation process.Provide training to new partners on and offshore.Preparation of procedures used to hand over to the FA teams.Assist is discussions in operating model designs.  Fund legal documents review

Skills/ Qualifications:

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

Strong FA background of at last 6 years relevant experience with experience of working in a fast-paced global operating modelExtensive Client Service OrientationProven Analytical ThinkingConcern for QualityAbility to work in a structured pattern, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.Ability to self-manage.Extensive knowledge of the different Funds structures.In-depth Product/Service Knowledge with focus on traditional and semi liquid productsExtensive funds Industry KnowledgeIn-depth knowledge of MS OfficeExperience of SunGard Invest One.
