Experience Range: 8-15 Years (5+ years as a Product Owner)
Hiring Location: Trivandrum, Kochi Chennai, Bangalore
Must-Have Skills: 8 - 15 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst or Product Owner(Healthcare Domain) 5+ years of hands-on Product Owner experience Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) In-depth knowledge of web service technologies, user interface/interaction, and system development Experience in onshore/offshore working models Expertise in Product & Technology Roadmap development, working with business and technology stakeholders Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to drive efficiency and innovation in product development Hands-on experience in Sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning Good-to-Have Skills: Scrum Product Owner certification (preferred) Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Exposure to US healthcare domain, particularly Medicare Advantage (plus) Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Ownership & Backlog Management Own and lead the team’s backlog(s) Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items Refine the Program Backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager and Architects Ensure backlog readiness for Program Increment (PI) planning 2. Agile Planning & Execution Actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning Work with the development team to size features and estimate stories Support Sprint activities and ensure smooth execution Provide clarifications for story estimates and sequencing Assist with defining team objectives for upcoming Program Increments 3. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Serve as the key partner in product-related decisions and release planning Work closely with Product Managers to align product vision and roadmap Collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads to define non-functional requirements Engage with the Quality Assurance team to define and support automated testing Coordinate with business customers for product integration testing 4. Compliance & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and process improvement Ensure smooth product releases and deployments Monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Management, Business, or related field Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe (preferred)
