8-10 years of experience in software development. • 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum promoter,  • Experience in one of the scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scale@Scrum etc. • Experience in coaching 2-3 Agile teams in an Agile release train. • Experience in Agile lifecycle management (ALM) tool such as Jira.
