The Consultant II is responsible for leading the implementation of our software solutions for clients, ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the product. You will analyze the client's current state and determine how our software can be leveraged to meet their unique needs. This role requires an understanding of technical functionalities, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams and client personnel to complete implementation tasks throughout the lifecycle of the project.Organize requirements gathering sessions, including analysis of current solution workflows, designs, and mapping processes.Facilitate client meetings to understand business objectives and challenges and offer workflow modification suggestions to optimize the solution for client goals.Serve as an advisor for clients and offer consultation that requires review of a variety of factors for solution customization and configuration to enhance user experience.Provide hands-on training to designated client members and guide them through the solution's functionalities and features to increase proficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues and determine which issues need to involve internal technical teams.Perform other job duties assigned.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 2-4 years relevant work experiencePrevious experience in a healthcare settingPreferred Qualifications:
