Consultant - Japanese Language Support

Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Japanese Translator
In this role, you will review and validate research articles based on standards and regulatory compliance, coordinate with local and global teams to ensure articles are published on a timely manner.

Responsibilities
• To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily tasks/processes
• [To handle queries and clarifications sought by Analysts w.r.t. any operational/ technical process related issue.
• To understand customer’s concerns issues and resolve the same.
• Work and coordinate with team members
• To keep oneself abreast of all the updates applicable to policies/regulations/compliances
• Manage compliance requirements for Processes, functions, organization and Client.
• Accurate delivery of deliverable in strict SLA driven environment.
• Database Management

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Should have strong sense of urgency in getting things done within deadline, good time management skills.
• Multi-tasking
• Flexible to work in Japan and Non Japan hours
• Proactive and willing to take initiatives w.r.t. project work/tasks
• Problem solution mindset
• Positive attitude for Customers/team mates – friendly and approachable.
• Having an excellent flair for continues learning and education.
• Quality conscious
• Advance knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Should be proficient in Internet usage, web browser, search engines.
• Excellent troubleshooting problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Japanese Language certification/ Diploma
• JLPT level 3
• Good understanding of Japanese language Writing, Reading and Speaking
