We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in Executive Search and Leadership Hiring. The ideal candidate would have worked in executive search mandates for Technology SAAS Cloud companies and would have experience hiring VPs, Directors, and other strategic talents in Technology, Delivery, Sales and Marketing leadership roles.
Role and Responsibilities: Will be working on Senior leadership hiring requirements across the globe in Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Engineering roles. Will work individually and will be solely responsible for identifying and creating a pipeline of candidates Will partner with our Leadership team in identifying top candidates Will lead the search and conduct end-to-end activities starting from sourcing, screening, Interviewing, negotiating the offer and onboarding the candidate.
