This role will work within the Learning & Development and Quality Assurance Team to develop / define key enablement and readiness strategies and drive execution on the strategic visions for TransUnion’s Global Customer Support organization. This position is responsible for utilizing the internal learning management system to develop, manage, and implement new hire and ad-hoc training curriculums as well as act as an advisor for internal training curriculum development. The goal is to support the internal training team and our various Customer Support and Sales teams by creating streamlined, easy-to-follow trainings and learning experiences.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a learning and development role, along with 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the Cornerstone Learning Management System. Must demonstrate advanced skills in creating and managing training sessions and programs.Experience with developing and implementing distinct, clear, and digestible learning paths to ensure an optimal learner experience.Proficient in Project Management, including creating comprehensive project plans to set expectations and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders. This includes the ability to own tasks, delegate tasks to others, and perform a quality control on the project to ensure it meets the intended purpose.Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions and levels of seniority.Entrepreneurial Spirit: Willingness to own the deliverables you manage and evolve them working with our partners; strong initiative & ability to work independently without supervision.Get-it-done Attitude: Ability to push forward while working on multiple projects with competing deadlines and sometimes unpredictable schedule.Strong Verbal & Written Communications: Ability to articulate your ideas in presentations and reports across the organization, from senior executives to your peersImpact You'll Make:
Work with a high-performing team focused on the design, delivery, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of training programs, reference materials, and efforts across global customer support and inside sales teams to further develop capabilities and expand to Global model.Create and manage ad-hoc training curriculums via the Cornerstone LMS. This includes collaborating with SMEs and internal training team members to ensure all training requirements are accurately captured and clearly stated for attendees.Transform our new hire onboarding program into a streamlined, trackable curriculum within the Cornerstone LMS. This includes having distinct, well-defined learning paths for all roles and functions across our global teams and managing the curriculums for continuous improvement.Create learning paths for seller and customer support new hire and ongoing trainings. This involves conducting needs assessments to identify and address training gapsDevelop scorecards that evaluate trainees' experiences and progress throughout the new hire onboarding process.Collect feedback from new hires and management regarding their training experiences to inform and drive continuous improvements.Serve as an advisor for our instructional design team to develop and deliver programs that utilize blended learning, practical application and peer reinforcement to ensure learning is impactful and effective.#LI-TE1
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:
