The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus Proficiency in an Equity Compensation consulting role, client management, or an administration team manager (corporate benefits, outsourcing, or consulting firm) Minimum 3 years formal project management Understanding of equity compensation and stock plan administration You have an expansive depth and breadth of Stock Plan administration knowledge You have outstanding project management skills Your analytical and problem-solving skills are a key strength You have proven experience in recommending administrative, benefits process and/or methods that align to outsourcing product/services solutions. You exceed at navigating and leading client and/or vendor relationships successfully​

The Team

The Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group is composed of over 600 professionals who counsel clients on the management of their benefits. We are a fast-growing business within Fidelity, providing a broad range of services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy, funding, communication and delivery. While we focus on working with the Fortune 1000, we also work with Fidelity clients of all sizes.

Data Consulting engages in data quality improvement efforts that span single and multiple product lines (i.e. Health and Welfare, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Stock Plan Services and HR/Payroll) within the implementation and ongoing servicing client lifecycle. This position is part of the Data Consulting practice which works with clients to help customize and optimize their workplace benefits administration. The team works closely with members of our Workplace Consulting organization, clients, Relationship Management and WI DC/DB/SPS Operations teams to deliver our highly customized solutions to our clients. Our greatest asset is our ability to work under tight deadlines and respond quickly to client inquiries and requests with operational excellence.

The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$120,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
