Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, QA Tester

Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans on computer applications

Perform functional test, regression test, performance test, automated test on computer applications

Develop automated test script to streamline the testing process

Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications

Document anomalies and issues in HP ALM

Assists DQA Manager in the data quality review and maintenance of the TU database. Performs, executes and monitors BAU data quality reviews and investigations.

Assists DQA Manager in ensuring Member compliance with relevant laws and regulations through periodic sampling of Member enquiries. Reviews and performs Internal Control procedures on iCRS access rights and usage, and Member access to Credit Reports

Monitors data quality of monthly member submissions and enquiries through existing and newly implemented DQA review tools (i.e. DQA Report, DQA related Queries, etc.) 

Provide feedback to members on observations and data quality issues.

Monitors member responses and remediation activities and coordinates with TUPH OPS on required feedback.

Provides feedback on, and assists in the creation of, possible additional DQA checks and data quality measures and standards

Provides feedback on new observations and issues encountered

Supports TUPH OPS in DQA related member enquiries and investigations. 

Performs Ad-hoc tasks and other DQA related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills 

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Must have relevant years' experience in Quality Assurance capacity or equivalent position with an emphasis on application system testing.

Experience in automation testing with the ability to write test scripts.

Experience in application testing management software.

Must have at least relevant years' experience in application system testing under the development environment using ASP.Net, SQL; RDBM experience in MS SQL and XML

Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills with a background in technical communications.

Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical environments, and ability to build professional relationships.
