Consultant Relocation Onsite

The role will be based within the Global Mobility team and will be responsible for partnering with client’s Human Capital Management colleagues managing aspects of domestic and international mobility issues for the business.
 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Payroll review and liaison with client’s Mobility, Operations and Compensation Accounting teams
• Generation and review of assignment documentation
• Participating in client Mobility technology initiatives
• Day to day oversight of external vendors, including acting as an escalation point.
• Interaction with client Mobility Finance team and generation, review and discussion of financial, metrics and population reports with clients
• Responsible for data upkeep and quality on a divisional, country and regional basis
• Generate and coordinate documentation (Outbound/inbound immigration letters, FRRO docs, memos and contracts)
• Prepare various reports (Dashboards, Consular, Diagnostics, Doc tracking, metrics)
• Client mobility management tool data entry (records, initiations, checklists, uploading memos)
• Vendors follow up (immigration status, move dates)
• Assist with scheduling meetings/meeting rooms.
• Raising tech tool tickets
• Managing projects driven by client mobility team

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint - strong Excel knowledge preferred

EDUCATION / EXPEIRENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Previous experience (2 years preferred) with mobility or International Assignments (preferred).
• Work knowledge of immigration regulations and local registration preferred, but not required.
