Kforce has a client that is seeking a Consultant - Risk Management in Reston, VA. Duties Include: * Developing/updating job aids and quick reference guides for employees, managers, and HR partners * As a Consultant, you will be supporting development of training and communications for how to conduct talent management processes (including succession planning, performance management, and talent reviews) in Workday * Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for talent management processes * Updating internal team job aids and process documentation
