Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our Management Consulting team based in Prague covering Central East Europe region. IQVIA Consulting represents exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic and rapidly evolving pharma industry and make a real impact in the lives of patients.
Help us to drive the success of our clients by utilizing various sources of data ranging from detailed patient level analysis to primary intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support collecting of patient-level data from various sources: Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Analyze patient-level data for commercial purposes: Conduct market sizing, dynamics, switches, line of therapy, persistence, co-prescription, patient journey and similar analyses.
Collaborate with other IQVIA teams: Support requests on local non-interventional studies or similar services suitable for medical affairs teams, with an overlap to market access topics
Support business development and proposal generation: Identify opportunities and contribute to the creation of compelling proposals.
Manage projects from end-to-end: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality with limited senior support, and delegate selected tasks to junior team members.
Present project results to clients: Communicate findings effectively through presentations and reports.
Conduct primary market research: Collect qualitative and quantitative data through physician interviews and other methods.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in a related field such as life sciences, public health, or business, data analysis.
3-5 years of related experience: Experience in CZ&SK RWE, evidence generation, medical, or consulting.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Can-do attitude and ownership: Proactive and responsible approach to work.
Awareness of industry trends and developments: Stay updated with the latest trends in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Excellent time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
