Responsibilities
Experience in support and maintenance of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects for clients across the globe.
Good knowledge in configuration of PMGM with EC.
Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.
Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.
Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client
Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment, Ability to work on multiple modules same time.
Responsible for successful Production start-up, Understanding of Roles Authorizations
Experience on Impact analysis, Functional, Technical Specification and Test script creation.
Payroll Schema, Wagetype configuration, WSR’s.
Involved in the maintenance of personnel events and integration with organization structure of payroll area, pay scale type, employee group, employee sub-group, pay scale group, pay scale level.
End to End SAP India payroll implementation and 1 India payroll support project experience with Indian Payroll.
Expertise in PA, OM and Payroll.
Hands on Configuration experience.

The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems.
Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with a team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
