Principal responsibilities

Utilizing system diagnostics tools like CA SYSVIEW / Omegamon / Mainview, Fault Analyzer, CICS PA to arrive at problem solutions, Hands on CICS SSL Setup TroubleshootingUnderstating of CICS Application Architecture (CMAS/MRO and NON MRO ), design and maintenance, for CICS connections from CICS as well Off host DataPower , WAS, JAVA to analyze architecture and security issues, and perform advanced troubleshooting. Working knowledge of z/OS Job Control Language (JCL).Tool - Service Now for Incident/Change Management, BMC Remedy On-Demand Tool.Ensure documentation of all DR related operational processes and procedures.
