Principal responsibilities

Deliver feature on-time with quality (zero blocker, critical, high issues) independently following vision “Go Faster, Break Less, and Protect Production.”Participate in design workshop, code review, troubleshooting.Lead design reviews with engineers and stakeholders to evaluate and confirm technology design decisions.Expertise in design and development of a significant application/business domainIdentify any issues that may arise to delivery risk, formulate preventive actions or corrective measures, and timely escalate major project risks issues to service owner.Collaborate with team members effectively, guide and support.Excellent team player with ability to work under minimal supervision, great communication skill is a plus.Creativity and Innovation/Experimentation to keep abreast with evolving developer’s experience.
