Principal responsibilities

Deliver features on-time with good quality (zero blocker, critical, high issues) independently following vision “Go Faster, Break Less, and Protect Production.”Participate in design workshop, review/ensure the technical design/code structure is technically coherent and future proof and compliance with technology standards and regulatory obligations.Coordinate individually or provides project lead as required in projects to support technical and business strategies. Initiates and conducts feasibility studies of new and modified business requirements.Provide direct guidance to junior teammates in planning, designing, programming, documentation and implementation of the systems.Identify any issues that may arise to delivery risk, formulate preventive actions or corrective measures, and timely escalate major project risks issues to service owner.Support ITSO for service management and ensure the applications comply with the risk and control standards.Ability to work with different stakeholders from different locations (China, Hong Kong, UK, India)
