In this role you will:

Feasibility Study: Participate in feasibility studyPlanning: Participate in estimation and project planningRequirement analysis: Analyse the requirements.Design: Develop / review the technical design.Coding: Primarily Guide and mentor team. Develop code if requiredReviews: Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test resultsTesting: Test Planning, strategy, validation and Conduct random testing.Support: Coordinate post development support.Team management: Ensure proper project communication and coordination among team membersClient interaction: Communicate with the client regarding project progress, resolve issues related to delivery of project
