Principal responsibilities

Directly support their Transformation/Programme/Delivery Heads or Directors to manage their portfolio(s) and also the central PPM team to implement the required ways of working in to their team Ensure the alignment of the Technology roadmap and Technology organisation strategies with the business imperativesDrive the execution of all transformation technology initiatives, tracking status of project deliverables and milestones, risk and issue monitoring and co-ordinationSupport the definition of the Operating Model to support the future state of HSBC Technology, this includes but is not limited to, organisation design, location strategy, process optimisation and technology governanceSupport the planning of Technology budgets to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives/objectives that deliver value to the BusinessResponsible for financial reporting, management of budgets and meeting cost targetsResponsible for recruitment of engineering resources within DevOps verticals, in line with HR and Technology guidelinesResponsible to deliver in accordance with practice tooling methods frameworksResponsible to deliver in accordance with all enterprise standards controls
