We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business:Wealth Personal Banking IT

Principal responsibilities
Perform research and feasibility studies to identify and evaluate different solutions to address business need.
Ensure all activities performed within the team adhere to the group IT and security standards.
dopt and provide ongoing improvement on development process and promote usage of right tooling.
Work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities and drive technology change within/across teams.
Provide support to the solution architect to ensure that solutions and services are supported by the right architectures systems.
Work closely with regional IT teams (HK, Xi’An) and vendors in project implementation and support.
Provide coaching and support to the junior teammates.
