Principal responsibilities

IT Control Management. Supervise a range of stakeholders, including business owners, the IT control team, and the regional governance team, to facilitate effective communication throughout the entire lifecycle of IT processes.Project Delivery Management. Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to the provision of IT services or platforms.Risk Assessment and Mitigation. Identify and address potential risks and challenges linked to projects, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity and service quality.Conducting Regular Meetings. Provide ongoing updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and management, and escalate issues when significant barriers to achieving project objectives arise.
