Promote Agile ways of working within the Pods by removing impediments to improve efficiency.Build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with senior managers, technical experts, product owners and business users.Develop talent within the team and helps create opportunities for junior team members. Innovate and be creative in the identification of opportunities to leverage technology to support the roadmap.
