Senior/Consultant: Table

Role Overview:

We are looking for Tableau developer to work with the business and IT teams. The responsibilities of a Tableau developer include transforming data into compelling visualizations & dashboards, empowering informed decision making. You should be analytical and an excellent communicator. If you also have a business acumen and problem-solving aptitude, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions.

Responsibilities:

Understand the business requirements/ questions to be answeredWork with client to align on KPIs and data sources to be usedDefine visuals and key KPIs that enable speed to insightDesign and align on mock-upsPerform data extraction and data transformation processes to create the data set required for the dashboardDevelop the dashboard based on mock-ups finalized and perform UATImplement feedback from business users and create final version of the solutionAutomate the refresh process using data transformation toolsConduct workshop and train users for higher solution adoptionTableau Desktop & Server implementation including live connections with databases like SAP, SQL, Hadoop, etc.Client managementProblem solving and good communication skills

Work Experience & Qualification:

4 - 6 Years of experience in Tableau & Business consultingGood Experience in Tableau Projects (involved in the complete lifecycle viz., requirement gathering, data modeling / scripting, developing and testingKnowledge of data transformation tools like Alteryx, KNIME, SQL, Hive will be an added advantageMust have experience in CPG/FMCG/FP&A domain
