What you do
Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments, Support on shaping the digital transformation in accordance with the Group’s strategy Support on managing technology-oriented projects including both internal and external resources in the design and implementation of client’s deliverables Be responsible for small/mid-size projects execution or project streams supporting the team of management consultants to present results to clients Actively participate in business development and project proposal preparation Contribute to the rollout of technology-oriented projects across different teams and regions, managing the end-to-end design and implementation phases Design, organize and facilitate client workshops and meetings to understand client’s business processes, system data, and key process metrics Manage projects by enabling the clients to effectively use agile methodologies and innovative approaches in the context of strategic IT implementation. Perform client-specific analysis, interpreting the findings, drawing conclusions, and presenting insights and final recommendations. Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager. Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects opportunities.
What you bring
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Economics, Computer Science/Engineering, or other related fields Knowledge in one or more domain like Insurance/Claims, Finance, Procurement, IT Management Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems Good analytical skills and Critical Thinking Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations Experience in consulting firms or insurance companies, local or multinational (1-4 years) Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
Nice to have
Insurance business experience, particularly Life Insurance, and understanding of insurance performance steering ESG experiences Agile Certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP PMI) Proven experience in in international environments, with specific expertise in management consulting International work or study experience You know what the buzzwords AI, Machine Learning, Intelligence Automation, Cloud Computing, Data Transformation and RPA mean
