Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Workday Analyst
In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal/external systems. This role ensures seamless data flow across HR, Finance, and third-party vendors, supporting business processes and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools and a deep understanding of HRIS best practices.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to understand business needs and system dependencies.
• Monitor and optimize existing integrations, improving performance and efficiency.
• Maintain integration documentation, including data mappings, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up to date with Workday releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.
• Support data migration and validation efforts for system implementations, upgrades, and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies, including GDPR and SOX.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business stakeholders.
• Create custom reports using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism Analytics.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Good Workday experience.
• Experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience building complex calculated fields, creating and modifying security roles and dashboard design.
• MUST be willing to work directly with stakeholders outside of the People Technology team.
• Experience with ticketing systems and SLA expectations.
• Experience with Benefits, Time Attendance and payroll modules is preferred.
Preferred qualifications/skills
• Prior internship or project experience involving Workday.
• Exposure to database.
