Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in San Jose, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage Oracle software advisory and information technology project implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to
meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

50% Travel required nationally.
Telecommuting permitted.
Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Utilizing Oracle Retail Merchandise System (RMS), Retail Allocation (RA), Retail Price Management System (RPM), and Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Fashion, Grocery, Pharmaceuticals or Telecom industries;
Managing all phases of the Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies of project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
Utilizing Oracle RMS, RA, RPM, and ReSA to support and oversee System Integration (SIT), User Acceptance (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis template to design Oracle RMS, RA, RPM, and ReSA system landscapes;
Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Retail Integration Cloud Services (RICS);
Performing Oracle RMS, RA, RPM, and ReSA production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and HP Quality Center (QC);
Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF), Confluence, Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel; and
Overseeing the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and MS SharePoint.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $179,171.00 - $218,625.00.
