Consulting, Project Delivery Manager
Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Manager in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage advisory, information technology project, and implementation services of large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments. Manage the full data delivery lifecycle for information technology project implementations, including defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Ensure that the design is transformed into code components as per design patterns and architectural principles by performing code reviews and unit test walkthroughs. Manage the implementation of data enrichment, lookup, filtering, and data cleansing routines and solutions to improve data quality of the ingested data. Perform performance tuning of the components to meet the performance requirements. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers, participate and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process, and contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.

•80% Travel required nationally.
•Telecommuting permitted.
•Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
•Participating in teams that perform data management including master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data modeling while utilizing Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality, Unix Shell Scripting, Talend, ER/Studio Data Architect, and Oracle Exadata;
•Guiding teams that work to provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools including Python, Tableau, and Microsoft (MS) Power BI to produce analyses and algorithms;
•Formulating and creating functional and nonfunctional specification documentation for product development and roadmaps, business process reengineering, business modeling, analytical and business rules definition, data architecture, and user interface and experience by leveraging MS Visio, Advanced Excel, Confluence, and ER/Studio Data Architect;
•Improving data discovery, sourcing, modelling and analytics by defining process mapping, decision mapping, and data governance to support the creation of data flows and models with Informatica PowerCenter, Putty, Tableau, ER/Studio Data Architect, and Erwin Data Intelligence Suite;
•Driving complex engagements with relevant data management consulting in master data, metadata, data architecture, data conversion, data governance, and data quality in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector; and
•Overseeing the development of master data architecture to support master data management, quality, and governance capabilities using Informatica Data Quality, Informatica Master Data Management (MDM), and Erwin.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week; 

Annual Salary: $124,072.00-$198,375.00
