Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in San Jose, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Drive aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues. Design and develop data governance standards, roles, and responsibilities; design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping, and cleansing workshops to support the clients’ conversion to Cloud. Perform assessments of existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the components in the design.

80% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Driving implementations of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing Salesforce Data Loader, Git, and Azure DevOps Server; Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development by leveraging Figma, Microsoft (MS) Visio, and Lucidchart; Defining project approaches and driving Salesforce implementation activities across the solution delivery lifecycle, including requirement gathering, user story definition, process design, and assessment of business and launch readiness; Performing implementation and integration of Cloud-based solutions by employing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud; Utilizing client scripts, business rules, User Interface (UI) actions, and policies on the Salesforce platform to architect project solutions based on client requirements for Salesforce modules and integrations; Developing and reviewing required project documentation, including presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles and responsibilities documentation, and process documents; Working across all phases of the Agile lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Cloud-based applications, using Scrum standup meetings, Sprint planning meetings, Sprint review meetings, and product backlog refinement for enterprise-level clients in the Government and Public Services industry; and Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing Jira and Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $138,362.00- $181,000.00
