Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Seattle, Washington and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address clients’ needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Synthesize overall talent and workforce strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Create Deloitte-customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios and wireframe artifacts; facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience. Identify and record key deadlines for the workstream in the engagement to ensure clear communication, organization, and coordination between multiple parties; construct a work plan around them that will quickly and effectively achieve goals while also allowing for reasonable work time and unexpected delays or pivots.

Requirements
Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computers and Information Systems or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
o Defining, building, and implementing programs to drive strategic change, organizational design and governance, culture, and technology adoption solutions, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, MS Teams, and MS Azure;
o Implementing a full project life cycle, including analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design and development, and end-to-end testing within Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance;
o Participating in research and analysis, creating Integration Approach, strategy documents, and business case decision models to improve performance efficiency, measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments, and providing actionable solutions for Financial Integrations, using Agile methodology;
o Conducting requirement gathering workshops and interfacing with client stakeholders to gather technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and provide estimates to translate requirements into integration and report solutions for organizational development and change management;
o Building complex integrations and APIs within Workday to perform inbound and outbound data transactions, using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Studio and developing advanced and composite reports to meet client requirements, using Workday Report Writer and Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool (BIRT);
o Delivering integrations and reports creating strong security for transactions to ensure data transforms in and out of Workday secured processing, using Workday security via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Location;
o Tracking and reporting on project milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, using MS Azure, Smartsheets, and MS SharePoint;
o Facilitating workshops, creating training materials, including job aids, process manuals, and demonstration videos, and conducting end-to-end testing integration sessions to provide positive user experience that supports business goals, knowledge transfer, user training, and adoption.

Annual Salary: $162,531.00 - $198,375.00.
