Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Costa Mesa, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, State and Local Government, Telecommunications, and Retail industries. Improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with Oracle-based solutions. Participate in setting Oracle engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to provide Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare industries;
• Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance, and integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, leveraging Oracle Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud;
• Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools, including Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and Oracle Reports;
• Working across all phases of the project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Financials solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using Oracle SCM and Financials;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Oracle SCM, Oracle Financials, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio;
• Developing interfaces, data conversions and application extensions, utilizing Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) Reports, Web Services, SQL, and shell scripts; and
• Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Oracle Application Implementation Methodology Functional Specification Document MD050 and Technical Specification Document MD070.

Annual Salary: $126,942.00-$188,875.00
