Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Senior in San Jose, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Drive Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, State and Local Government, Telecommunications, and Retail industries. Improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with Oracle-based solutions. Participate in setting Oracle engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Leverage automation, cognitive, and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios, and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

50% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Utilizing Oracle Retail Cloud applications to provide Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Retail and Consumer industries; Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (RMFCS), Oracle Retail Pricing Cloud Service (RPCS), Oracle Retail Invoice Matching Cloud Service (ReIM), and Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) Cloud Service to ensure a seamless and efficient retail operations ecosystem; Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools, including Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) and Oracle Retail Insights Cloud Service to offer comprehensive forecasting and analytical solutions for the retail industry; Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project delivery, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle RMFCS, Oracle RPCS, Oracle ReIM Cloud Service, and Oracle ReSA Cloud Service solutions for enterprise-level clients; Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state and to-be systems, processes, and environments by leveraging the Oracle Retail Reference Library for comprehensive assessment and strategic planning in the Oracle Retail implementation process; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using Oracle RMFCS, Oracle RPCS, Oracle ReIM, Oracle ReSA, and Oracle Application Express (APEX), as well as employing Agile methodology to ensure a collaborative and efficient Oracle Retail product implementation; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders through use of Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies for real-time collaboration and transparent progress monitoring; and Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Oracle RMFCS, Oracle RPCS, Oracle ReIM, Oracle ReSA, and Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) for comprehensive training materials creation.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $113,325.00 - $188,875.00.
