Job Description

What we expect of you, day to day.

Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the payment industrySupport senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvementPrepare and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams within Visa and external partners to ensure successful project execution and client satisfactionStay updated on the latest developments and innovations in the payment industry and Visa products and servicesContribution to improvement of methodology, tools, enablement material and topic development on areas of expertiseDeveloping own expertise in at least one analytics topic or platform

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

QualificationsBachelor's degree (or higher) in business, economics, finance, engineering, or related field2-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, payments or financial services, business consulting, targeted marketing and communications or similarStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointFluency in Bulgarian and English, other language is a plusWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time
