Crown Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for a Consulting and Technical Services Manager to join their fast-paced Records Management Digital Services team.

This role will be based at our Enfield site.
What is a Consulting and Technical Services Manager to us? You will be responsible for delivery of consulting led solutions based on Crown's portfolio to existing and new customers located in the UK and EMEA region. The successful candidate will will work with customers and colleagues to create and deliver solutions to improve business processes, increase efficiencies and solve priority business problems.
What you will do
Define and conduct Business Process reviews covering multiple scenarios sold by the sales team with your support to both exisitng and new customers.
Lead strategic conversations to position Crown services and support the sales team in the discovery and awareness stages of the sales cycle, as needed provide solution demonstrations.
Build Crown's solution demonstration environment to support marketing/sales strategies.
Support the Head of Consulting and Technical Services to build our solution portfolio for digital and our customer journey.
Create technical solution documentation to support sales engagement including benefits, business outcomes and reasons why the services are necessary
Document and drive internal business processes to best support project management and profitability.
Be active on social media (such as LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube) with thought leadership through blogs, content creation and webinars.
Attend and speak at industry events and join in relevant networking events to develop relationships with potential clients and further Crown's position as a thought leader in Digital Information Management.
Manage and grow our professional services capability to deliver customer projects across the Crown EMEA region.
Support and educate our Sales teams throughout the sales cycle with service propositions such as Business Process Reviews to help our customers prioritise their technology investment.
Create, manage and deliver other information management services both directly by the Digital Services team and through our software and services channel partners. These services will include Document Management (ECM) solution design and deployment, workflows, intelligent capture, hosting, customer portal and digital mailrooms.
Account for and plan the availability of delivery resources in line with customer demand and your own utilisation and revenue targets.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 8 years' experience of pre-sales management, consulting and delivery within ECM, intelligent capture, workflow software and services sector. You will have knowledge and experience in delivering market leading document management solutions with customers with proven familiarity with ERP, HR, CRM, Content Services and Business Process Automation solutions such as M-Files, box.com, ELO, SAP. You will have a strategic and consultative mind-set with the ability to quickly grasp and articulate the business value of innovative tecnologies.
