Our consulting team collaborates with multinational clients, and this client-facing role necessitates expertise in business development, sales, and comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate consulting services.

The Growth Lead position entails synergistic cooperation with regional growth leads and global stakeholders, including Functional leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and clients. This role requires exceptional business development, sales, and client relationship management acumen, coupled with the ability to identify, pursue, and secure sales opportunities. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a talent for identifying and closing large profitable revenue assignments and high-impact solutions that drive client success and foster long-term partnerships.

A robust management consulting background and in-depth Real Estate industry knowledge are imperative for this position. Other critical attributes include a proactive approach to selling consulting offers, problem-solving, identify partners that will complement our offerings and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities, and demonstrated proficiency in networking and communicating with and influencing senior client stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.

Role Summary:

Managing Director role overseeing business development and all regional growth activities for JLL consulting.

Role Objectives:

Insert and develop leads/ opportunitiesSupport conversion of opportunities into contracted / billable workKeep pace with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to drive thought leadership and go-to-market strategies.Collaborate across internal business function verticals, (Work Dynamics, Leasing Advisory and Capital Markets) to deliver best in class One-JLL experiences.Work with other regional consulting growth leads and industry leaders to grow Consulting and integrate innovative solutions into client engagements.Manage and report global and in-region pipeline management information.

Responsibilities:Strategically lead and direct EMEA sales, focusing on expanding the consulting share of wallet on WDX Accounts via direct revenue streams, transactions, and new clients.Building the Pipeline / go to market regional strategy, focusing on driving revenue growth and identifying net new clients, and improving client satisfaction.Improve lead conversion rates and shorten sales cycle targets.Forge strategic alliances to enhance consulting practice capabilities, foster growth, and establish a competitive edge within the industry.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal JLL business functions.Undertake regular analysis of market data and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and mitigate risks.Develop thought leadership and act as an ambassador for the organization at industry events and conferences.Drive innovation through accounts / client co-creation to foster development of new / industry leading capabilities and revenue streams.Coordinate regional and global go to market to align “how” we sell and meet market demand.

Requirements:15 – 20 years leadership experience in business development, sales, and innovation roles in EMEA within the Real Estate and consulting sectorComprehensive understanding of market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape.History of driving revenue growth and achieving individual sales targets of $5-8m p.a.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities enable you to influence and negotiate effectively.A strategic thinker with a history of implementing successful innovation initiatives.The willingness to travel internationally as required.
