**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Training Program Summer Intern, you will work on Americas Consulting projects, gain insights into the Commercial Real Estate Consulting business, collaborate with your fellow interns, and develop both hard and soft skills related to your chosen practice group. This internship position will specifically report to the Space & Place team, which specializes in Workplace Strategy, Portfolio Technology, Portfolio Strategy, and Occupancy Management. This position is part of the Training Program job function, which is responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for internships, apprenticeships, trainees, and graduates.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Collaborate with other Americas Consulting interns on group projects, research activities, and thought-leadership pieces.
+ Work with a dedicated Space & Place mentor to gain hands-on industry experience.
+ Assist with research projects, attend team meetings, and help build internal and client presentations.
+ Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data from various platforms.
+ Attend local market events.
**Internship Dates:** May 2025
**Location:** New York City, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco or Chicago
**What You'll Need:**
+ Enrollment in a 2- or 4-year college program.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Effective communication skills.
+ Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive attitude.
+ Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices to make informed judgments.
+ Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
+ Detail-oriented and self-motivated work ethic.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum hourly rate for the internship position is $23.00/hour and the maximum hourly rate for the internship position is $25.00/hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
