The Sustainment Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the ongoing operations of our live Modernized EHR system. This is a client-facing role and includes coordinating new software release management and upgrades, Service Desk operations oversight, managing escalations, solving problems, and ensuring client metrics are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHR systems, excellent management and communication skills, and mission driven focus to deliver the best for clinicians and staff.
