The Position As a Product Enablement Consultant, you will be crucial in supporting our global Commercial teams, focusing on launching innovative new solutions and enhancing existing digital offerings across various regions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of product launches by empowering our global Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams with the knowledge to confidently and accurately elevate our customers' journey from physical to digital. Key Responsibilities + Deliver the Go-To-Market enablement strategy for your product portfolio. Work across the product management, marketing, and sales teams to prepare and execute internal readiness activities for new product releases and updates. + Create engaging enablement assets (e.g., training videos, e-learning courses, sales plays, conversation guides, product demos, competitive battlecards). + Facilitate live training sessions for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams. + Maintain and update training materials and regional sales content to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate and relevant. + Analyze data and feedback to refine the effectiveness of content and training. + Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to translate complex product details and features into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging tailored for sales Requirements + 5+ years of experience in Product Enablement in a cross-functional, global environment. + Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, or a technical field (or equivalent experience). + Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. + Strong technical experience with knowledge of Digital Transformation processes and sales techniques. + Proficiency in content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia) and LMS platforms. + Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Preferred - Previous SaaS sales experience Join us at Iron Mountain, where culture and values are practiced and respected every day.
