Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consumer Activation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, trial, engagement, and loyalty through innovative consumer activation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement programs that resonate with our target audience, ensuring our brands are top-of-mind for consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to develop targeted activation strategies that align with brand goals.Program Development: Design, execute, and manage consumer activation programs, including promotions, events, and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align activation initiatives with overall brand strategies and objectives.Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activation programs, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Budget Management: Manage budgets for activation programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agencies and retailers, to drive program success.Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to continually refine and innovate activation strategies.You can expect:

Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods industry.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as traditional marketing channels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Creative thinker with a passion for consumer engagement and brand storytelling.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Please apply by submitting your CV in English!
