GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Consumer Banking Associate role focuses on skill development through project assignments and special duties within the Consumer Bank. It involves learning business practices, operations, and procedures.

Responsible for projects by exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and following policies. Ensures positive customer experiences and adheres to the Bank’s risk appetite by managing and reporting achievements and risks. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute the duties and assignments supporting various Consumer Bank teams.Build relationships and network with appropriate key stakeholders at all levels within Bancorp and appropriate divisions.Support strategy and new processes required for continued growth and results of assigned areas.Identify opportunities and proactively develop solutions to drive process improvement, efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency.Work in accordance with established Bank and LOB procedures.Perform any other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are necessary. Self-motivated, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.Ability to multi-task and coordinate solutions for complex needs while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.Outstanding verbal and written communications skillsExhibit strong analytical skillsWillingness to adaptContribute to a respectful, team environment encouraging differing ideas and opinions.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in business and employee matters.Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
