We are looking for Consumer Engagement Specialists in (Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad). In this role, you will support the Consumer Engagement Manager in executing consumer engagement initiatives at the regional/zonal level. Responsible for deployment oversight, in-market audits, and coordination with regional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of CE programs.

 

Your ‘day to day’

Planning:

• Coordinate city-level deployment plans including CE volumes, headcount, and stock alignment.
• Support in tracking KPIs for regional CE initiatives.

• Support CE manager in exploring new channels and areas for CE that can has a potential to become a channel yielding at least 5% CC.in tracking KPIs for regional CE initiatives.

Deployment & Execution:

• Coordinate with agencies on execution plans and KPIs.
• Monitor city-wise and BA-wise targets and report progress.
• Ensure availability of CE stock, uniforms, and devices for CE activities.

In-Market BA Audits:

• Conduct regular market visits to ensure BA presence and active consumer engagement.
• Perform stock and device audits to verify availability and condition at retail touchpoints.
• Assess BA performance through observation and reporting tools; identify underperforming resources.
• Conduct Effective Consumer Contacts (ECC) evaluations with BAs to ensure quality of interaction.
• Provide feedback and recommend corrective actions for performance improvement.
• Maintain audit logs and share insights with the Consumer Engagement Manager.

•Check, verify through data and provide constant feedback on Retail, LAMPs and any other channels spot with FSF to increase the efficiency of BA.

Reporting, Evaluation & Analysis:

• Manage daily reporting on digital portals.
• Support data integration with global systems.
• Assist in preparing monthly performance reports for Category/CX/FSF teams.

Internal Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with regional Sales teams for rollout execution and alignment.
• Provide feedback and updates on CE activities to regional stakeholders.

Liaise with CE agencies for deployment and reporting.
• Ensure uniform quality and city-wise distribution.
• Support spot identification and coordination with local agency(ies

 

 

Who we’re looking for

Preferably master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field

3–5 years of experience in consumer engagement, brand activations, or marketing (FMCG experience is a plus)

Strong presentation and communication skills

Data analysis and reporting skills

Experience with CRM tools or digital engagement platforms is an advantage

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team
