Responsibilities

The Consumer Experience Analyst will support efforts through tracking consumer experience qualitative and quantitative data, to derive meaningful insights that will be used to highlight service excellence and drive focus of improvement efforts. The work involves performing advanced analytics, data synthesis, data visualizations, insights generation and more. This role will serve as a subject matter expert, will develop measurement and reporting frameworks, and will build a toolkit of resources that can be leveraged when analyzing consumer experience data. This role will also work collaboratively across teams and the enterprise to gather data relevant to the consumer experience, including business/operational metrics, such that when the data is woven together it tells a more complete story. This role will partner closely with Consumer Experience and Operational/Clinical Leaders to inform improvement strategies aligned to the organization’s priorities and will contribute to the development and maturation of the consumer experience discipline for leaders and associates across the enterprise. 

 

Responsibilities:

Market-level responsibility for data, insights and integrated Voice of Customer (VoC) to support business decisions and operating reviews.

Ability to extract consumable, meaningful, actionable experience insights for market teams to drive performance improvement in CAHPS and NPS measures.

Ability to identify ongoing or emerging themes, trends, and correlations across data sources/data points and tell the story with compelling data visualizations.  

Manage logistics of reports, dashboards and ad hoc data in the market.

Compile analytical and statistical reports as needed.

Formulate, define and recommend scope and format of reports.

Oversee provision of ad hoc management reports.

Review information for accuracy and reconcile data on a regular basis.

Provide support and education to others on how to access reports and interpret the data.

Identify data trends and make recommendations for quality improvement.

Assume a proactive role in driving improvement activities to achieve department and organizational goals to deliver value.


Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences

Education:

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a field related to Business Analytics, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration

Experience:

3+ years of applicable work experience

Key Attributes: Strong analytical skills, critical thinker, ability to synthesize large data sets into consumable insights; data storytelling, transparent communication, experience working in complex/matrixed organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate and create consensus, innovative mindset.
