Ensures that the identified areas of innovation are sustainable in the long term. Provides a framework for the positioning, branding, pricing and marketing of innovation opportunities. **This role in summary** Responsible for designing and executing consumer research to enable cross-functional portfolio activation and translation of new voice of consumer requirements.Design and execute consumer learning plan, collaborating with Product Strategy Marketing and project team. This position will be based out of **Joinville** , SC or **São Paulo** , SP. **Your responsibilities will include** Enable fast, easy, cost-conscious consumer feedback loops across ADI projects Own Learning Plans standardization, knowledge capture and sharing Identify and close Consumer Knowledge gaps: Design and execute fast & iterative Consumer Innovation (CI) for ambiguous (A0-A2) opportunity areas Lead the design and development of the voice of consumer requirements that translate into the voice of engineering Facilitate the prioritization and selection of leading concepts through a rigorous evaluation process (quantitative / qualitative analyses, consumer research, and concept evaluation). Lead sprint sessions that drive the generation, evaluation, and prioritization of ideas, including the analytical processes to identify, validate, and launch new consumer experiences for advanced development to execute through proof of concepts and/or minimal viable products Embed innovation practices for iterative solution development: design and facilitate innovation sessions, creation and selection of concepts, use cases and solution alternatives. Key member of the innovation team responsible for market analysis (business and consumer assessment) Use Cases being screened for inclusion in Advanced (ADI/Platform) portfolios - partners to enable cross-functional portfolio activation Key interface with Product Strategy Marketing and UX Partner with Consumer Marketplace Insights for their expertise, support, and alignment **Minimum requirements** Bachelor's Degree is a must have Solid experience in user research, qualitative and quantitative study design and development Experience with conducting online and in-person interviews Experience with conducting research on social media Experience in translating consumer research into Voice of Engineering Experience working with a diversified team **Preferred skills and experiences** Bachelors Degree in Anthropology, Economics, User Research, Product Design, Marketing, Psychology Master's degree in User Design, Research, Psychology or Marketing Experience in Design Thinking, consumer insight/research and UX. Familiarity with Agile Methodology or The Lean Startup is a plus.
