Consumer Marketing Leader, Personal Health Growth Region
The Consumer Marketing Leader, Personal Health Growth Region is responsible for integrating strategic decisions with financial success using deep customer insights, identifying market opportunities, representing the Growth Region. The role leads strategic development, focusing on market opportunities and initiatives. The role guides marketing & e-commerce strategy, overseeing digital roadmaps and customer/consumer experience. The role delivers annual marketing plans for key segments, setting clear objectives and overseeing Growth Region wide marketing programs. The role cultivates engagement through digital channels, optimizes demand generation campaigns, and manages partnerships with the Consumer Direct Marketing Leaders in respective Zones and Zone Leaders while compliance with consumer care standards.

12+ years of overall work experience out of which 2-4 years in a leadership role is a mustM.B.A. from a premier B-SchoolStrong marketing exposure with large Consumer Durable/FMCG organizations (exposure to both ATL & BTL and DIGITAL is preferable)Prior P&L responsibility for a business is a mustExperience in Brand/Portfolio development & activation (upstream & downstream marketing)Expertise in Marketing across diverse channels (Including Digital)Experience / Worked in Matrix reporting set upWorking with diverse/multiple category teams across geographiesExcellent people, interpersonal & influencing skillHow we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
