We are looking for an Account Director to join our Brand, Social and Influencer team, working on one of Ketchum’s biggest clients, across huge haircare and grooming brands. As an Account Director, you'll have the opportunity to work for one of the best agencies, on one of the world’s biggest marketing clients. You can expect to work with some of the most talented communications professionals in the industry and do the best work of your career. What you'll do:
Clients: Oversee the running of the haircare accounts, ensuring planning is on brief, client excellence is delivered at all times, building and leveraging deep knowledge of the clients’ objectives and competitive environment to deliver meaningful results and drive impact Strategic Execution: Partner with senior team members to develop strategic recommendations and programme tactics for clients; regularly identify and present new ideas, concepts and programmes for clients and new business opportunities Business Development: Take a leadership role in seeking incremental and new business opportunities, the pitching process, and networking People Focus: Grow and retain talent by providing formal/informal feedback and coaching to line reports and junior team members. Support and communicate clear, progressive direction. Financial Acumen: Demonstrate commercial acumen and proficiency in financial management toolsWhat we're looking for:
PR Expertise: Strong, hybrid PR and Social skills, including but not limited to account management, client experience, project management, resourcing, commercial acumen, team management, event management, earned media expertise, influencer marketing. Industry: Beauty and haircare sector experience preferred, with experience of working with big budgets and complex, global clients Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment, partnering with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to drive success. Passion for DE&I: You understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are eager to contribute to a workplace where everyone's voice is heard and valued, playing a pivotal role in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
