Join Lenovo’s dynamic Nordic Consumer 4P team.
This role bridges product strategy, market insights, and performance optimization, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional consumer PC solutions.
You will report to the regional 4P Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, ensure market competitiveness, and drive business success within the Nordic region.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
· Market Insights & Product Strategy: Develop market-driven product strategies, including pricing frameworks and roadmaps. Conduct heatmaps, competitor analyses, and define Go-to-Market strategies to address market needs effectively.
· Customer Engagement: Strengthen relationships with key customers by aligning product strategies with market demands. Represent Lenovo’s offerings and capabilities effectively in customer interactions.
· Performance Monitoring: Analyze inventory metrics (SISO, WOI) and sell-out trends to optimize inventory and enhance market performance at the product family and partner levels.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and regional teams to align on product positioning, promotional plans, and forecasting. Act as a product specialist to support shared strategic goals and marketing initiatives.
· Alliance Optimization: Collaborate with alliance partners to enhance joint initiatives and maximize business opportunities.
What is expected to be successful in this role:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role.
· 3+ years of experience in product management, key account management, or a similar role.
· Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and inventory management.
· Experience in the PC or consumer electronics industry.
· Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills or similar tools.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days at the Lenovo Nordic office and two days remote.
The position is based in Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland and will involve occasional travel across the Nordics and Baltics. Flexibility and collaboration are key to success in this position.
