Job Description Summary

Responsible for creating reports and conducting analysis to provide status updates and meaningful insights in support of continuous improvement of Wealth initiatives and strategies to drive better outcomes.  This role will manage the Key Bank Wealth incentive plan inquiry process including resolving inquiries, identification of themes for escalation and incentive plan updates, along with field communication and training.  Responsibilities include working on a variety of projects and initiatives including the incentive plan and goal process.  This role will partner closely with Incentive Administration team to ensure wealth related incentive trends and issues are identified and escalated and will follow up regularly on open items for resolution and timely incentive pay calculation.  The individual in this role will have a specific focus on gaining detailed understanding of the Wealth incentive process including client related outcomes, motivational effectiveness with employees, and shareholder requirements. The candidate will be required to define the needed achievements, the quality measures, and the success criteria. The candidate, under minimal supervision from their manager, would be expected to support specific operational functions within the Key Bank Wealth incentive and opportunity goal models through researching, testing, and recommending optimal process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of experience, or equivalent work experience within the wealth/private bank industry Demonstrated business and technical knowledge of respective business unit in creating integrated solutions.Proven ability in the successful execution of essential job functions within a specific project.  Proven ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative partnerships among the business unit and internal partners.Experience in analysis, basic statistical analysisSkilled with analytic and data mining tools, such as Tableau, SAS or other comparable software to analyze and visualize data conceptsAble to bring together disparate data models to perform analysisAbility to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment; highly organized and flexibleStrong research skills with an attention to detailStrong listening, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word, and Power PointAbility to work independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed wayAbility to take a leadership role on projects and with business unitExperience in research and analysis of data, market needs, and customer issuesExperience developing functional and non-functional requirements,Experience working closely with team members during development and product launchNegotiation skills
