Job Description

 

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $45,050 - $55,650 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

 

General Summary:

Works independently to handle a variety of incoming consumer inquiries on Residential HVAC products through a Contact Center. This position responds to questions and requests for information regarding products and dealers to provide the best customer experience possible. 

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Professionally responds to pre-sales and/or post-sales questions from consumers of residential equipmentInterprets and explains the terms of product warrantiesProvides product information to the consumer that may include discussing the differences in products, product capabilities and features and benefitsProvide product documentation to consumer if requestedMay assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or servicesGuide the consumer to the dealer if dealer services are required Qualifications

Education and Experience:

 

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.  Entry level.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

Must also have the following demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skillsExcellent presentation and customer service skillsExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent ability to handle and diffuse difficult customer situationsAbility to multitask and prioritize multiple technical requestsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SAP is preferred
