Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Consumer value stream lead to join our team. This role requires a blend of traditional marketing expertise and digital marketing proficiency to create impactful consumer experiences and drive brand success.
As the Consumer Value Stream Lead, your main objective is to maximize the overall sales of our products outside the hospital channel. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Direct-to-Consumer marketing strategies across various channels, including retail outlets and e-commerce platforms. Your focus will be on driving sales growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires to lead the (Digital) Product Manager, Marketing Specialist, e-commerce specialist, and the Sales Team. Also closely collaborate with the HCP Team.
Main tasks and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Value Stream Lead with a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing to lead and execute the marketing strategies.
Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive direct-to-consumer marketing strategies to drive sales growth outside the hospital channel.
Identify target consumer segments and their journey and develop tailored marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.
Lead and collaborate with the Marketing colleagues to create compelling messaging and content across multiple channels.
Retail Outlet and E-commerce Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of direct-to-consumer marketing strategies across retail outlets and e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with the Sales Team and distributors to ensure the effective integration of marketing efforts with sales operations.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing initiatives and improve the overall customer experience.
Distributor Strategy and Collaboration:
Develop effective distributor management strategies to maximize sales and distribution channels
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts, track performance, and ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives
Provide sales team guidance and support for distributors to optimize sales and distribution strategies.
Cross-Channel Experiences:
Ensure a seamless and consistent cross-channel customer experience across various touchpoints including websites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, branding, and customer journey across different channels.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences through personalization and targeted marketing efforts.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with the Product Manager to align strategies and ensure product success.
Work closely with marketing specialists and e-commerce specialists to make sure the implementation of marketing strategies
Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer needs and align marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the HCP team and Digital Product manager to develop end-to-end journey based marketing strategy
Team Leadership:
Lead the team responsible for the Consumer Value Stream, regardless of the reporting line structure.
Demonstrate strong leadership and VACC leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Who you are
Education & Qualification
Education level: Bachelor Degree (MBA preferable)
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English.
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience, with a strong knowledge of consumer marketing and digital marketing
Working experience in FMCG or consumer industry, highly preferred consumer or brand marketing expertise or having experience in diabetes business
Competencies
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, combined with strong understanding of digital marketing
Understanding of data analytics with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
Agency management experience
Outstanding communication and presentation skills`
Successful project management
Team player with great interpersonal skills
Strong financial, marketing and sales acumen

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare marketing
